Next week Legal InSites will be one year old. 365 days of hard work, dedication, perseverance, growth, and every other over-the-top buzz word you can think of. It’s been amazing.
We were fortunate to start out strong and be given the opportunity to work with many great law firms within months of opening our doors. Thanks to these great clients, we’re here for year two.
In our first year of business, we accomplished everything we set out to. We grew our clientele, won awards, spoke at events, became better at our craft, and learned a lot along the way. All our clients are seeing organic search growth where it should be coming from. We have some clients who for the first time ever are seeing their website driving leads.
However, year one wasn’t all bells and whistles. Outside of the digital world we persevered through some of the most difficult events anyone will ever have to go through. When you have such a small team you experience everything together, highs and lows. It may sound cliché but it made us stronger.
Looking at year two we want to not only grow as professionals and become even better at what we do, but also strengthen our relationships with existing clients and work to impress new ones.
I’m writing this a little early because I’ll be in New Orleans for the AAJ’s annual Marketing and Management Seminar giving one-on-one website consults to attendees of the seminar. It’s an awesome event that I was a part of last year as well. The speaker line-up is phenomenal.
When I return from New Orleans, it’s time to kick it into overdrive. If you’re as hungry and motivated to grow your law firm as we are to grow our agency, we need to talk. The competition for first page search results is bigger than ever, especially in the legal industry. The longer you wait, the further behind you’ll be.
